Kaiser's Executive Assistant) has captured the essence of how one man looked into the future, planned and constructed the Community of Hawaii Kai. Handy's close association with Kaiser gives the book a more personal side to the monumental job of taking 6,000 acres of marsh, mud and rock and turning it into the vibrant and thriving community that Hawaii Kai is today.
